Lingorino, operated by Bytebloom Studios GmbH, lets you delete your personal data at any time. This applies to every account, including accounts created with “Log in with Facebook”.
How to delete your account
Send a deletion request by email to support@lingorino.com from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your account and the associated data and confirm once it is done, within the time frame set out in the GDPR (within one month of receiving your request). Your personal data is erased except where we are legally obliged or entitled to retain it (for example accounting and tax records).
What gets deleted
- Your account data (email address, username, internal user identifier).
- Your profile and learning data (language settings, learning progress, XP, streaks, results, profile picture).
- Any support correspondence, once it is no longer needed to handle your request.
We do not store voice audio from speech-recognition tasks. For legal reasons we may retain limited billing and tax metadata for the statutory retention periods (currently seven years under § 132 BAO); this data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once the periods expire. Pending subscriptions remain subject to the terms of the respective app store.
